Patents

The Background

GYATK started off with its 1st Patent in India for the invention of RVCR Mechanism and has grown into a company with ownership of IP Rights from patents granted in countries world-wide. GYATK has subsequently received patents grants for inventions of critical system modules and essential technical innovations, of the RVCR Technology, formulated during Research, Design and Development of the Prototype I.C. Engine based on the RVCR Mechanism. GYATK’s 1st Patent for the base RVCR Mechanism is nearing its commercial exclusivity term and now is superseded by Patent for the invention of the next enhanced version in RVCR Mechanism for its IP licensee clientele.

Indian Patent No 190452: - An Apparatus adapted to perform as a compressor, motor, Pump, and an Internal Combustion Engine.

The International Patents

The International application for RVCR Mechanism was filed with Patent Corporation Treaty (PCT) of the UN and EPO (European Patent Office) chosen as the designated office for the international Phase search process. The issuance of the IPER (International Preliminary Examination Report) stating the invention as true to “novelty”, “innovative step” and “industrial applicability”, was the trigger for inventor to quit his sea career and start GYATK.

The Global National Phase

After successful International Phase, the application was forwarded for national phase in 52 countries (including 28 in the European Union) and covered all major relevant economies world-wide. GYATK gained critical expertise in international patenting process and build up its network of international Patenting Attorneys and agents for developing and executing its IP strategy.
